Founded by Taulant Baci, CPA, a former IRS Special Agent, IRS Auditor, and Connecticut Auditor of Public Accounts, the firm brings a rare insider’s perspective to tax compliance, accounting, and advisory services for individuals and businesses navigating today’s most demanding financial environments.

Before entering private practice, Taulant served with the U.S. Department of the Treasury as a federal agent conducting criminal financial investigations including tax evasion and money laundering. Initially, he was an IRS Revenue Agent performing tax audits of individuals and businesses in the State of Connecticut.

Taulant also served with the U.S. Department of Homeland Security as a federal law enforcement officer, specializing in immigration documentation, admissibility determinations, and matters related to entry into the United States.

In addition to his government service, Taulant worked in public accounting, advising clients at major U.S. accounting and advisory firms, including KPMG LLP and CohnReznick LLP. He is a graduate of the University of Connecticut.
